30-Speed Massage Gun – Warm Up, Then Recover
- Thirty speeds, from warm-up to deep recovery
- Quiet enough to use in front of the TV

Apply a little body oil so the head glides smoothly.
Warm the area first, then move slowly along the muscle.
Never hold it in one spot. Limit to 5 minutes per area.
Guasha and cupping do different jobs, and most people own neither. Scraping works along the muscle in long strokes; suction lifts the tissue away from it. This head does both, warmed, in one pass.
Light circular marking is normal with any cupping and fades within a few days. Avoid over broken skin, varicose veins, or during pregnancy. Check with your GP if you have a circulatory condition or take blood thinners.
