Refund Policy

We want you to love your Velkrova device. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items that come into direct skin or personal contact (e.g. IPL heads, facial rollers, oral care devices) can only be returned if unopened and in sealed original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
