Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–9 business days across the UK. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Is delivery really free?
Yes — free tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. There's no threshold to reach and nothing added at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.

Returns

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items — longer than the 14 days required by law. If an item arrives faulty, we cover the postage both ways. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Products

How quickly will I see results?
It depends on the device, and we'd rather be honest than promise results in three days. Massage and depuffing are immediate. Skin tone and firmness usually take six to eight weeks of regular use, and anything to do with hair takes eight to twelve. Every product page tells you which applies.

Are your devices safe to use?
Our devices are designed for at-home cosmetic use, and each product page lists any specific guidance. As a general rule, avoid EMS and microcurrent devices if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, or during pregnancy. If you have a medical condition, check with your GP before starting.

Do the devices come with a UK plug?
Where a product has plug options, choose UK at checkout. Most of our devices are USB rechargeable, so they work with any charger you already own.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's on its way, our standard 30-day return applies.

Is it safe to buy from you?
Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout, so we never see or store your card details. Every order is tracked, and you can always reach a real person by email.
